For What I wish I had. 

“ Tears meet under my chin” 
“ she look at me and snort” 
“ I hate the way I look” 
“ I hate the way I dress” 
“ I’m confused” 
“ you sure is ugly, she say” 
“ I keep my head up” 
“  why my heart hurt” 
“ I want to cry” 
“ for being me and not you”

 Today in class, majority of the students presented their black owned businesses project. For the most part, everyone did a wonderful job.
